Materials used and Product sizes

  • Please note the definition of the word "SILK" in the title or description, if used, does not mean the item is made out of silk. Silk flowers, silk plants & silk trees were named this over a hundred years ago when they were originally sewn with silk. While we still label them as "SILK", the current manufacturing methods use synthetic fibers and/or high-tech processes to create botanically accurate, realistic reproductions.
  • Some flowers may arrive out of shape from shipping, but you can easily refresh them by hand or with a steamer.
  • Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, and other weather conditions might change your flowers’ color and shape. Store your bouquet in a cool, dry place until you’re ready for the aisle.
  • Additional pictures shown may contain other items as a lot of our products are used in combination with other products when creating displays. You will only receive what's in the first image. Usually it's easy to find the item but if there's any question on what you are purchasing please free to contact us .
  • The product dimensions are measured manually and may have some errors, which are provided for reference only.

Shipping & Return

Shipping information

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
    Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

Return Policy

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
  • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

Replacements

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
  • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
