Silk flowers, silk plants & silk trees were named this over a hundred years ago when they were originally sewn with silk. While we still label them as "SILK", the current manufacturing methods use synthetic fibers and/or high-tech processes to create botanically accurate, realistic reproductions.
  • Some flowers may arrive out of shape from shipping, but you can easily refresh them by hand or with a steamer.
  • Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, and other weather conditions might change your flowers’ color and shape. Store your bouquet in a cool, dry place until you’re ready for the aisle.
  • Additional pictures shown may contain other items as a lot of our products are used in combination with other products when creating displays. You will only receive what's in the first image. Shipping & Return

Shipping information

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. After the order is processed, the package(s) will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • Orders with Expedited shipping request (if available) are expected to be processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • Pre-order products (if available) will be shipped by the date listed in the product variant name.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.
    Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number.

Return Policy

  • Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging. 
  • Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect. 
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

Replacements

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
  • If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
